I am trying to add a player to my roster, but I can't find them when I search their name. What should I do?

Player not appearing during roster submission

If a player's name doesn't appear when a Director/Coach tries to add them to their roster, it means that the player has not yet created their Passport profile. They will need to create their profile before being added to the roster.
