How do I "Request Access" to "claim" a Passport profile?

"Request Access" and "Claiming" an existing profile

Option 1: 

Step 1: Go to Sportspassports.com/account/player_editor

Step 2: Select "Add Player" 

Step 3: Enter player's name and select "Request Access" 

Step 4: Our Passport team will review your request, and you will be alerted via email when your request has been accepted 

Note: If your request to claim a profile has not been accepted within 48-72 hours, please contact CustomerSuccess@SportsPassports.com

Option 2: 

Step 1: Go to sportspassports.com/cart/

Step 2: Enter player name in the "Player 1" section 

Step 3: When you see the profile you wish to claim, click "Request Access"  

Step 4: Our Passport team will review your request, and you will be alerted via email when your request has been accepted
