      How do I update a player's age or grade on a Passport profile?

      Changing age and grade on a Passport profile

      To ensure fair play during competition, users are unable to modify their age or grade once a Passport profile has been created.

      If you wish to update the age or grade of a player on their profile, please reach out to CustomerSuccess@SportsPassports.com and provide the necessary documents for age and grade verification.
