What is needed after a user "Request Access" for an existing Passport profile

After you "Request Access" to an existing player profile, our team will carefully review your claim. There is no need for you to take any additional actions. When the request is approved, you will be alerted via email. 

If you do not receive an email approving your request within 48-72 hours, please contact CustomerSuccess@SportsPassports.com.
