Accepted documents to verify a player's age and grade

For age verification, please provide one of the following (must show player's name and date of birth):

- Birth certificate

- Passport

- State Issued ID

For grade verification, please provide one of the following (must include player's name, grade and current school year):

- Report card

- School ID card

- Screenshot of the school's online portal showing the player's grade
