What does "Unclaimed," "Unverified" and "Ineligible" mean in regards to my players and rosters?

Unclaimed, Unverified and Ineligible breakdown

Unclaimed:  Unclaimed means that a player's Passport profile has been created, but it is not yet linked to an existing account.  This typically occurs when a player arrives for player-check in without a pre-existing Passport profile, so our staff creates one for them at the event.  While this allows the player to be added to the team roster, they still need to create an official Passport account and claim their profile.

Unverified: Unverified indicates that a player has a Passport profile, but they have not yet submitted the necessary age and grade documents to verify their eligibility information. To remove the "unverified" label, a player must submit a birth certificate and report card to The Passport for verification.

Ineligible: Ineligible means that a player is not permitted to compete in the age/grade division assigned to their roster. This typically occurs when a player's birthday falls outside the required age range for a specific division, most commonly because they are too old.
